Searching for a retailer replenishment partners. In this role, you’ll support programs by facilitating the approval process, creating and running replenishment reports, and maintaining program calendars. You’ll also be responsible for communicating important information from our retail partners to internal stakeholders to ensure program success.

Some of your roles and responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the replenishment process for all programs by working with clients and key stakeholders to determine merchandising plans, analyzing inventory levels, and forecasting order recommendations
  • Develop and manage approval processes with replenishment and buying teams at retail partners
  • Facilitate communicating information to gain and expediate approvals
  • Create and run replenishment reports to be shared with internal and external stakeholders
  • Document program product information in our internal systems

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience running queries in databases using SQL
  • Experience working with business intelligence platforms
  • Proven experience building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Ability to gather and synthesize a lot of information and clearly communicate next steps to stakeholders
  • Highly detail oriented

2-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain management, or administration
