Scott Wright joined CSA in 2000 to open CSA’s first Minneapolis office.  With the emergence of retailers in Minneapolis, Scott carved out his niche by helping Target suppliers develop cross-functional teams in this marketplace.  By establishing himself as a Target expert, Scott helped CSA grow the business in Minneapolis by opening up additional offices. Scott has also helped Supervalu suppliers centralize their business in Minnesota while he has expanded his partnerships in other markets around the country.

Scott coached high school and college basketball and softball for 11 years before joining CSA.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Arts in Performance Psychology while on academic scholarship at Minnesota State University in Mankato.

Using the skills and experience developed as a coach and teacher, Scott applied his “people first" consultative style to the business to help CSA establish its brand in Minneapolis.  “What I enjoy most about recruiting is being able to use my skills and experience to impact other people and companies in a positive way.”
