Tate Hagland is devoted to recruiting quality candidates and developing relationships with supplier teams beyond Northwest Arkansas. Tate strives to fully understand the needs and wants of CSA client companies and candidates for he truly believes they deserve timely results and unparalleled service.

Tate is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Sciences. Tate was commissioned in the U.S. Air Force as a Logistics Plans officer and served primarily in Eastern Europe.  He developed leadership and experience in the logistics and financial services industries prior to joining CSA.
