Gene Eggman specializes in working with CPG supplier teams that support the Mass, Grocery, Drug, Department, Sporting Goods and Home Center channels of trade.

Gene brings over 25 years' experience and expertise to our clients and recruits as a Human Resources professional. Prior to joining Cameron Smith & Associates in 2006, Gene managed and supported the talent management and recruitment processes for Divisions of Fortune 500 companies.

Gene’s education background includes Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas, and post graduate study toward a degree in Employment Counseling. Gene is an ESFJ and is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality inventory.

Gene enjoys his family, serving his church, playing at golf and good conversation.
