Since joining CSA in 2002, Mike Whittington has established himself as a talent expert and hiring consultant to Wal-Mart suppliers in the Northwest Arkansas market. His ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers and candidates has enabled him to partner with client companies in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas and around the country. "I really enjoy the challenge of finding the best talent for the supplier and the best career move for the candidate," he says.

Before he applied his tenacity to the vendor community, Mike was a tennis professional in Texas and Arkansas. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Southwest Texas State University on a tennis scholarship, and was for several years the top-ranked singles and doubles player in Arkansas.

Mike and his wife, Dianna, have two children, Bailey and Stratton. These days, he golfs.
